3. 1 Groom’s Boutonniere: $25.00
4. 5 Groomsmen Boutonnieres: $75.00 (5x$15.00)
5. 2 Altar floral arrangements: $500.00 (2x$250.00)

Besides including the above list and the standard elements of a contract, you are to also include the following clauses into your formal, written contract between your floral shop and Nikki Lou:

1. A Mandated Alternative Dispute clause
2. Choice of Law/Forum clause
3. Act of God Clause in case flowers become unavailable.
4. Restriction on assignment and delegation clause

This is a bilateral contract for each party is deriving a benefit.
