Please 750 word description of the problem with women in leadership positions not being able to support another woman. Maybe it is because they do not have the much needed leadership skills to support another woman. Women do gender stereotype other women, they may be intimated by a female employee, low self esteem or will simply do things to prevent nurturing the female employee.
