Westchester Community College College Physics 1 Lab 1 Projectile Motion Purpose Investigate the relationship between different quantities describing projectile motion. These variables will not be altered for the rest of this part of the experiment. 2. Fire the projectile at 8 -10 different speeds including a speed of 0 /. For each speed record in Table 1 (see the Data Sheet) the speed you fired the projectile with and the horizontal distance it travelled . 3. Using Excel or Google Sheets, plot horizontal distance vs initial velocity . 4. Add trendline and display the equation of line on your graph .
