In Unit 3, you explored myth. In Unit 5, you explored some of the amazing ways literature impacts society and individual lives. In this assignment you are going to take what you have learned from both units and create your own hero’s journey.
In this literary artifact, you will determine a hero and a setting (ancient, future, or somewhere in between). You can give them superpowers or special skills, gods/goddesses to help them on the journey, or any other mythic or literary tool to help your hero complete their journey.
