To earn these bonus points, students must sign up for an account on the psychology subject pool website, called Sona Systems (https://utpb.sona-systems.com/) and complete up to 3 hours of research participation; this system will keep track of your progress and your bonus points will be added to your final grade at the end of the semester. Students have until the end of the day of the regularly scheduled class to earn these bonus points. Instructors will add your final participation credits to your grade following the last day of class. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to participate in ongoing research studies. If you are not yet 18, you will need to write summaries of published psychology studies rather than participate in studies.
