Hello and Good Morning!!
So with my career that I am in already, we have a lot of movement and team players being removed and added alot of the times. When new team members are added to the team for a project, I would have maybe a one on one meeting, explain to them the project, explain where we are in the timeline on the project. I would also share any information that we have received and show them were documentation is being stored. If its an outsider partner coming in, would defintely do a one on one call and discuss the same items.as above. Once those calls have been had and conversations have been had, I would then introduce them to the team at hand on the project and explain all roles. As with my current situation, once they have attended a few meetings/calls, we may then begin to assign that team member a task or two, to get them into the project, it maybe simple task but helpful nontheless. In no time we have them part of the team, running with the project along side of us and not feeling behind.

Good evening class and Professor,
If I bring another partner from the outside into an in-progress project without a lot of time to educate them; I would utilize the time I have to thoroughly educate them on the part of the project I need them to work extensively on first.
Once I have them up and working, then in spare time I would ask team member heads from other entities of the project to come in to educate the newcomer on their part until eventually the newcomer is knowledgeable and up to date with the whole project and still stay on task with the job I initially brought them in to perform.
